The Rocky Mountain Seminar in Early American History brings scholars of early American history from across the world to northern Utah to share and receive feedback on research in progress.

Established in 2006, the Rocky Mountain Seminar is jointly sponsored by Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. Participants include faculty and students from BYU, Utah, Utah State, Utah Valley University, Weber State University, and more.
